Surface Preparation

Surface preparation is one of the many services that we offer here at Sabre Jetting. A variety of different techniques and pressures can be used to help remove any loose concrete or carbon build up. If the level of concrete that needs to be removed is more than 25mm then we use a single nozzle at 1100 BAR. This gives an excellent profile for casting to new concrete. Surface Preperation

Surface preparation is carried out using  a variety of flows, pressures and different nozzle designs. We usually start the process using a twin jet rotary nozzle with pressures of 450 BAR. This method is extremely effective for cleaning floors, factories and bridges, it removes all loose concrete and carbon build up. This technique is very cost effective as it can be used from one of our 150hp jetting units.
